SUZY News is the newsletter of the ‘Scaling Up Zinc For Young Children with Diarrhoea in Bangladesh’ (SUZY) Project at ICDDR,B. The SUZY project promotes the use of zinc as a treatment of childhood diarrhoea and aims to provide zinc to all children in Bangladesh under the age of five when they suffer from diarrhoea. SUZY News provides updates on the implementation of the project and research undertaken. SUZY News is published twice yearly in English and Bangla.
Most years, the ICDDR,B hosts a Scientific Conference to provide an opportunity for the dissemination of results and lessons learned from recent research work in the health and population sector. These are sometimes national events and at other times are international or regional events.
The Annual Reports provide details on ICDDR,B activities during the years. It includes descriptions of research activites, training, health services, dissemination, and administration.
Equity Dialogue is a new joint initiative of the Bangladesh Health Equity Watch and the Centre's Poverty and Health Programme, to provide a forum for exchanges on equity issues.
