icddr,b whistleblowing policy provides protection for staff or other individuals reporting possible misdeeds.

icddr,b encourages an open and transparent environment, and expects staff to act honestly and with integrity at all times.

We require employees, seconded scientists, guest investigators, students, consultants and vendors to comply with all legal requirements, our Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct, and any applicable rules, regulations, policies and procedures.

We strongly encourage and support individuals to report any non-compliance issue. Our whistleblowing policy provides guidance and procedures for reporting non-compliance. It also details how we aim to protect any individual who reports an issue from risk or retaliation.
