I am interested in research that ensures routine vaccination service and makes it accessible, available, acceptable and affordable to users in an efficient and effective manner; monitoring and evaluating the effects (specific and non-specific) of vaccines for scheduling vaccination programmes, introduction of new vaccines and withdrawal of routine vaccines.Â
Understanding the impact of climate change, especially association of salinity in drinking water with miscarriages and non communicable diseases (NCDs) in Bangladesh's southern coast, Chakaria. We have been exploring possible countermeasures to attain salt-free/safe water for coastal people to ensure better health outcomes.Â
Gender equality is a key of sustainable development. Structural gender inequalities in the allocation of resources like health care and nutrition are associated with poor health and reduced wellbeing of people. We are working in measuring gender inequality in healthcare and provide information for shaping policies since gender equality is one of the major goals of the SDGs.
