Results Based Management (RBM) has become a central objective of development organization over more than a decade, as the demands to deliver results is increasing in most of the international donors. RBM is a management strategy by which all actors, contributing directly or indirectly to achieving a set of development results, ensure that their processes, products and services contribute to the achievement of desired results.  Hence it is a critical in ensuring the success of any program or project and ensures that all aspects of program or project cycle are done transparently that ensures accountability.  This course is specifically designed to impart development professionals with the essential skills that will help them in making better result oriented program implementers.  The MDP aimed at people responsible for design and implementation of RBM at organizational, complex program and projects levels.
