My research interest is to work with infectious diseases, particularly tuberculosis (TB) and leprosy. Specific interest include: molecular diagnosis of pulmonary and extrapulmonary TB, elucidate molecular pathogenesis and genomics involved in the disease, genetic epidemiology to understand the disease transmission and treatment strategies, Biomarkers for TB detection and anti-TB treatment monitoring.
